For Construction Projects
A budget form for applicants to show spending on consulting / contractual, land aquisition, construction, equipment, contingencies, ans ineligible costs.
Applicants will show all funding sources for the project: cash, grants, loans, and in-kind. All matching funds must be committed, with commitment dates included in the form.
In this form, applicants list the tasks that will be accomplished during the project.
For Construction Projects Only
Applicants will use this form to determine if the project complies with the NYS Smart Growth Law and local plans.
this is a standard Federal form which provides important identifying information about the applicant, budget information about the project, and includes questions about application oversight (intergovernmental review).
Information about the ARC grant process, the role of NYS and the Local Development Districts (regional boards like STC), and specific NYS-supported goals and strategies for fund-able ARC applications. This 2019 document is the most up-to-date version available from NYS.

The applicant agrees that ARC is not obligated to fund this application and that ARC funds are the ‘last dollars spent’ on a project.
A NYS required form in the ARC application, documenting the applicant’s funding plan for future maintenance on any ARC funded construction project; and determining if the project is part of a phased development effort.
