Draft 2025-2030 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for the STC Region
This draft CEDS is a guide to STC’s actions in the 3-county Region (Chemung, Schuyler, and Steuben) for the next 5 years.
Collaboration and information sharing to improve our community (locally and across the region) is the theme of this CEDS. The narrative, project list, and StoryMap were developed with input from STC’s Staff, STC’s Board of Directors, STC’s Economic Development Policy and Strategy Committee, and several members of STC’s Human Service Committees.
