As part of its broader mission to support regional planning, community development, and improved quality of life, Southern Tier Central Regional Planning and Development Board (STC) provides technical assistance to communities throughout Chemung, Schuyler, and Steuben Counties in floodplain management, water resource planning, and flood resilience.
