Town of Corning

The Town of Corning Planning Board is authorized to approve subdivisions.  The Town of Corning Planning Board meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month, in Corning Town Hall, at 7:00pm.  The cutoff for matters to go before the Planning Board is the 2nd Tuesday of the month.  A pre-planning meeting is held on the Wednesday following the cutoff date at 10:00 in the Codes Office.  This meeting is to determine if all application materials are in order for the upcoming Planning Board meeting.  Contact Danielle Salley for application forms.

 The Town of Corning Town Board approves site plans and Conditional Use permits. The Town of Corning Town Board meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
