Town of Erwin

The Town of Erwin Planning Board meets on the 1st Monday of each month, in the Erwin Town Hall (117 West Water Street, Erwin NY), at 7:00 p.m.  The cut-off for matters to go before the Planning Board is two (2) weeks before the Planning Board Meeting. 

The Erwin Planning Board is authorized to approve subdivisions, site plans and Special Use Permits.  Please see the calendar for submittal deadlines and pre-planning meeting dates in 2009. 

 STC has made an online mapping program, sometimes called an IMS-Internet Mapping Server, available for the Town of Erwin.
