The Southern Tier Central Regional Planning and Development Board (STC) provides a variety of services to units of government, agencies, and the private sector in Chemung, Schuyler and Steuben Counties of New York State.
The primary objective of STC is to participate in projects that benefit local government and the business and industrial community while improving the quality of life in the region.
